7) Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin
Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin offers a wide range of programs, from law and medicine to history and art. There are also opportunities for students interested in taking courses in English or Spanish. The university is located just east of Mitte, a central location that’s within walking distance of everything from embassies and banks to stores and clubs.
