- Adaptive Leadership: Gain an understanding of what it means to catalyze change at personal, organizational, and societal levels, navigating uncertainty and embracing the gradual process that constitutes meaningful change.

Who Are They Looking For?
- The Fellowship seeks individuals who are actively tackling poverty-related challenges, whether as founders, CEOs, senior leaders in various sectors, or intrapreneurs in corporate or government settings. While job titles are indicative, the primary focus is on the substance of your work and the impact you have made.
- Applicants are required to have at least five years of professional experience and demonstrate a strong dedication to addressing poverty-related issues.
- In addition, candidates should showcase their willingness to contribute (by sharing knowledge, experiences, networks, or ideas) and receive support from the Foundry.
- Furthermore, applicants must have consistent internet access, full availability for the program’s duration, and proficiency in English.
